If you had to stop and think about all the tools and technology there is at our disposal and how people have become increasingly more self-efficient by selling their goods, services, odds and ends themselves... doesn`t that make you wonder?

We look at newspapers, internet sites such as Trade Me, Yahoo!Xtra and many more. There is a huge section that has been put aside for people to sell their computers, cameras, DVDs, motor vehicles, camping equipment, short term & long term insurance and now their most pride possession and biggest investment - their homes and why not? There is not only the huge commission they save but who do we trust when it comes to our biggest investment? - Ourselves. We know it best - from all the benefits, schools, shopping centers and surroundings to the personal things such as how warm the home is, best place to get sun, what trees are planted, layout and flow to what types of neighbors we have.

This all leads to the conclusion that we have woken up to the fact that companies are charging an arm and a leg for the services they offer and we have come to realize that we are changing with the times.
