How does the entire process work?

We operate similar to any Real Estate Agency. One of our friendly and professional agents will come and visit you and appraise your property by providing you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of recent sales in your area. Once you decide to list with us, we will consult you and advise you in regards to your marketing campaign tailored to suit your property. Upon listing, Property Wizards will organize the professional photography of the property (this usually takes a duration of two days, subject to weather conditions). After the photography is complete the marketing division at Property Wizards gets started on uploading your Property on the websites, designing the marketing material pertaining to your property. The installation of the Sign usually takes up to 3 working days after the photography stage. We usually try to do it as quickly as possible.

Do you charge any upfront marketing costs?

Yes, we only charge you the actual marketing cost without any hidden commission. An investment of $850 (excl. GST) will provide professional photography for your property; listing on four prominent real estate websites; a full pictorial sign erected outside the property; weekly open homes conducted by one of our agents demonstrating your property to potential buyers (this includes negotiations); flyers required for handing out at open homes provided for by the company & professional support and consultancy are all included in the upfront marketing cost. Print media advertising may also be included subject to our discretion (please ask our agents for further information).

How much do you charge when you sell my property?

We charge the lowest advertised and most and competitive commission fee upon our clients successfully selling their property. Please refer to our rates below:

Residential Sales Commission Rate Calculation (GST exclusive)

On the first $350,000 of the purchase price* 3.5%

On the balance of the purchase price* 2.0%

Minimum Fee of $8000 + GST

* Purchase Price: Where the price is:

(a) "Inclusive of GST (if any)" the fee is charged on the GST inclusive amount.

(b) "Plus GST" the fee is charged on the GST exclusive amount.

Property Wizards use to be a Commission Free Real Estate Company. What happened?

With recent market conditions our clients felt that a more involved Real Estate approach was necessary to sell their properties. We have managed to restructure what was once a Commission Free company to suit our client's demands and have managed to provide them with a more "hands on" approach to successfully sell their properties. Providing our clients with Professional Agents to conduct every aspect of the sale from the Open Homes right up to the conclusion of the sale has resulted in delighted clients and satisfying results. In the near future when market conditions improve, we would like to re-introduce a Commission Free option to meet the requirements of the other spectrum of our client's requirements.
